And In a conspicuous decision, Rochelle Walensky, the Director of the CDC reversed the advice of CDC agents and rubber stamped additional doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for health care workers and teachers and other “at risk” employees. Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla praised CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky for endorsing booster shots against the recommendations of two top scientific advisory panels, calling her move “a very good” decision.
