Former top Trump advisor Boris Epshteyn joined Steve Bannon Monday morning on The War Room.

Epshteyn discussed the recent court developments over the weekend in Arizona.

On Sunday evening in Arizona, the Maricopa County Superior Court Judge, Christopher Coury, who oversaw the case related to the Democrats’ challenge to the audit currently going on in the county, recused himself from the case.

The reason is that the auditors hired an attorney who interned with Judge Coury previously. When the new attorney was introduced today for the first time the Judge was forced to resign from the case.

Democrats are doing everything they can to shut down the forensic audit of Maricopa County ballots. They must be VERY WORRIED about what the auditors will find.

Boris Epshteyn explained to the War Room audience that the weekend developments may be good news for Republicans in Arizona.

Boris Epshteyn: I feel very good about where this is going. It appears that the judicial system in Arizona is tired of Democrats continuing to try and stop this audit.
